★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice!!! Gym, pool, laundry, munchy mart, & court all within compound.. n yeah community mall in walking distance. Place is alot cleaner n serene during covid time. Fast action by JMB!! I can say that... compared to my experiences at other condo.
Firmed security guards tho but they treat owners with respect. Tho 1-2 of my foreigner friends sometimes claimed otherwise ?, but overall the place is very safe! ??? recommended for own stay or for rent (workers or students)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best service and condo. The environment is clean and also perfect for any students. They also very concerned about security. The entrance is guarded by some securities so it's very safe to live here. The facilities are also perfect. They have pool, vending machine, laundry, and etc. It's also near to shopping center. But I wish the security can be friendlier, perhaps?

✅Place is secure.
✅Security gated bar seldom out of service.
✅Very strategic to highways.
✅Have small grocery shop and eatery at ground floor.
❌But management team not so friendly with residents.
❌Either one of the lifts always out of service and unscheduled maintenance is normal. Very inconvenient especially during peak hours where many people are using it.
❌Newly incoming residents have zero knowledge of rules and system. Management team are bad in communicating essential info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here close to a year now. Very near to De Centrum Mall, IOI City Mall, Uniten and IUKL. As for the condominiums themselves, they're pretty well maintained, has an outdoor pool, a humble gym, a surau, convenience store, and now they just renewed the futsal court and tennis, so it's all very suitable for students.
