★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this veterinary!! I regret for not checking the reviews before going to this clinic. The doctor is rude, impatient, lack of skills, and unethical. Do yourself and your pet a favor, go to somewhere else. This is gonna be my first time and my last time ever. Not even worth a penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST VET EVER!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.. WORST SERVICE EVER!! WENT OVER AT 2PM WAS ASKED TO COME BACK AT 3.30PM. HOWEVER, WHEN CAME BACK, THEY REFUSED TO ATTEND THE CASE.. KITTY NEEDS URGENT HELP BUT WAS TREATED IN THIS MANNER!!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have took my dog to this vet my dog was very serious situation we served by Ms. Doctor (Indian) she was polite and patiently answered and explained dog situation I was satisfied. But! My dad he just understand well in Chinese so he have required to both Chinese doctor explain in Chinese regarding the situation they just ignore my dad and go away this was so rude! Is this attitude should have as a doctor ?!

Called and check if have a particular med brand twice ,confirmed yes and was asked to come to clinic to purchase. Later when i come all the way ,told me they dont sell this brand. Not only they did not apologize for lying, gave rude reply to our surprise and disgust.. please dont do business like that ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have brought all my cats here for vaccination. Of one them was spayed here, she's doing okay now except hating the place and people there. The doctors are friendly and very patient to answer all my questions. One thing that I'm not satisfied with is the "nurse" or idk what's the job called. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME TO OPEN THE DOOR NEXT TIME, recently I went there again but it's not the same "nurse", I have carry the cage on one hand and the other with receipt and phone to open the door. Y'all don't just stand there, hello?
