★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite helpful but due to the horrid sorting system, the backlog is terrible. Everything is done manually. So, when the ammount of mail surges, everthing is in chaos. Couple that with severe lack of manpower, the whole thing falls apart. Expect to collect your mail at least three to five days after it is delivered during peak season, e.g. after online sale season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything is okay; they will inform you when your package arrived through sms. they will charged you for 50c per package (not sure if there's a difference price between envelope ones or box ones tho). there's one time when they didnt inform me that my parcel was alrdy arrived ( more than one week!) and yes this does disappoint me a bit :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apparently this building only operate from 2-4pm. i came at 12pm and its still close. the opening office hour is very misleading and wasting my time come all the way here. the sorting system is very terrible because everything is done manually. the chances of losing your parcel to another randos is high. please fix this mess ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they're ok, but since they stop the sms notification system, recipients have no idea when their parcels arrived. Their system is quite terrible and unorganized but we as students dont have much choice. And because they just record ic number n name when recipient come to collect, i once lost my parcel to someone else with the same name and the staff there just said he cant do anything about it. No contact number of the person was taken so i never receive my parcel. If i were an insanely adamant type of customer, things could blow up but i had no time for that so they're lucky, imagine if i was an international student~~
