Ups courrier here penang u too slow service,i already pay all the taxes u till to me but why still stock at your warehouse,i pay for your carrier to send my goods but what u did too slow service for only 3 item in 1 boxes and have 10kgs only,i wait for 2 weeks in penang until now still nothing...i always call say pending pending pending,how can pending?i already do my side to pay the tax but still nothing..bad services ups....lazy courrier...other courrier takes only 1 day to settle all...but this 3 weeks...-100 hate it..

Parcel arrived in warehouse on Monday, but it still not delivered to me. When i check the status, it seems to have my parcel scan every night at around 7 something. I called up the service center, she dont even know what happen and just ask me wait for call back. Sigh....

Worst. Parcel was delayed for a day is still acceptable. But when the next day I wasn't free, requested for their address for self pickup. The staff just told me to Google it. However the address from the Google is few kilometers away from the actual place, and also just 15minutes journey from my house. Finally I got to arrive the actual destination by driving 1.3hours round and round.

My package held by UPS since last Friday 19/1/18. Still not arrive. Call customer service, they said pending for Custom clearance. Worst courier company. If someone buys something overseas, please advise the seller NOT using UPS. USE FEDEX.

If I have a choice, I would you use a puppy to bring my imports from overseas to Penang. Since I don't, I am stuck with this horrible, horrible, horrible courier as long as I am in my business. So, here I am again. This is my second complaint, and unfortunately, I can not give ZERO star. I will keep posting a complaint with every shipment that I am unsatisfied with. The problem is not really UPS. The real problem is UPS Penang / Batu Maung operation. Not sure what UPS staffs are doing, but my assumption is they are either playing games on their smartphones or chatting on SNS. There are no other explanations. I sometime use FedEx or TNT for shipments from other parts of the world, and they usually take 1/2 day to clear the customs. Custom clearance procedure is usually smooth. There are 2 or 3 duty officers. They check parcels and the rest are all done by so-called runners. It looks like UPS has only one or two runner for customs clearance. This problem has been existed for more than one year. Yet UPS is not doing anything about it, and I am surprised that they are still in business. It takes 3 to 4 days send shipments from overseas to Penang, and UPS Penang is just eating up your time. Therefore, DO NOT rely on UPS for your urgent shipments. They are the worst of the worst courier services in the whole world. Even GDex and Citi-link do better jobs. UPS Penang staff should all get fired, and I would do that if I am the center manager. How could they put these incompetent people on its payroll and we, customers, have to suffer every time? You will have a higher chance to win a lottery than to have someone on the phone. Not sure why they even have phone lines either...

Item arrived at customs office on 28th June. Called UPS multiple time to try to clear customs but they say will "escalate" to correct department so that they could contact me back. Sadly till 6th July still no call. If you contact customer service they say they will "escalate" but sadly no other information available. Very very bad service. No way to contact the person in charge...

I have a parcel held in the warehouse since 1 November.The customer service ladies informed me it's the customs who caused the delays.I got shocked as I didn't import anything unlawful,as it's just a musical instrument with CITES document. Sometimes I got very upset with the inefficiency display by our own country people. The same item send to other countries only takes 1 week to reach the receiver.But here almost 2 weeks still no news,Malaysia Boleh!!

Its located at ground floor, look for a dirty looking shop with just a desk out front. There's not much signs indicating where it's at. The UPS sign that's hanging out the side of the building is not exactly at where the premise is.
