★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The campus is nice with natural things around and the field and other playing facilities are very good, everything even seems to be neat and clean but the major problem is there no store around except the one inside neither there is food court available near by except from the one in the student centre. No Grab is also available very rarely you can find a grab here and have to go really far for buying good food or for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This university breeds cats. So imagine they litter everywhere. Weekends no cleaner and girls hostel has cat litter everywhere. Welfare of students neglected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great learning environment. The students are all friendly and active. Staff there will help you in case you are unclear or have problems with finance, academics or anything related to students life. There are two big fields, gymnasium, staff and students cafeteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolled in Sept 2014 under Chemical Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Process, completed in June 2018, graduated in Oct 2018. Started my career on Aug 2018 as Corrosion Engineer at one of PETRONAS service provider company in Sabah. I was then offered to become permanent staff at PETRONAS on Oct 2019 til present.
Tho the campus is not so big compared to other universities, the programme offered, the syllabus taught are relevant to industry needs and the lecturers are also dedicated and credible in teaching their students.
Well of course there are still some improvements/upgrade that can be done - the ones that seems significant to me are the sport facilities and student cafe. For instance, I had always wished for an indoor netball court during my time here OR at the very least concrete court instead of grass court for our netball court ?.
All in all, I will recommend this campus to those who are planning to continue your study in Chemical Engineering. The fees here is quite expensive tho, but during my time I managed to get scholarship from BKNS hence that was not really a concern for me. Nonetheless, you may reach to any of the Uni admins/focal to inquire more on the scholarships/loan available.
