Went for a panel talk. Good coordination of guards and where to park. Beautiful campus.

*DISCLAIMER: experience from someone who has completed his studies in mid-2020 and hence cannot comment on how the Uni is managing the online learning due to COVID-19* Spent 5 years doing my tertiary education here after my IGCSE - Foundation + 4 year of Engineering degree. I have to say the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering isn't without its own flaws but a few of the veteran lecturers are superb in their delivery - they do not only deliver lecture content but also impart transferrable life skills (Dr. Nafi, Dr. Michelle, Dr. Gnanam, Dr. Belle just to name a few). My experience in Nottingham has immensely helped with my transition into the corporate world; the high calibre pool of students and lecturers have set high standards for me to achieve throughout my studies and this has eased me into acclimating myself to the fast-paced and demanding corporate world. A few of the good lecturers have since left the department and I am unsure as to whether the new lecturers can uphold the quality of teaching. I hope Nottingham could recruit lecturers who have a good balance between industrial and academic (teaching) experience to replace the good ones that left. Uni's finance and student registry department are very responsive to requests - although I do not contact them frequently but the few times when I raised a request, it gets resolved in a timely manner. Hope the uni can keep this up. In short, highly recommended for parents who have the means to send their children to Nottingham, it is one of the best in Msia. Being located in Semenyih has its pros and cons. I did not stay on campus and I took the MRT (initially there was only KTM in my foundation and year 1!) to travel back to home everyday for classes (by taking the shuttle bus provided by uni). If you are thinking of this as an option, it is possible. But be prepared to lose out on some of the "uni life" such as staying out late and chilling with friends at night, club/society activities at night etc. But if you drive, you can still occasionally experience the nightlife with your friends who stay on campus fret not.

I felt so UNCOMFORTABLE during my campus visit & course enquiry. First, the security guards were questioning me non-stop even though I had book an appointment and shared my verification (was delayed by 35 minutes). I felt that they were being too nosy and asking for personal details already. When I enquire for a course, the lecturer was arrogant and boasted how their uni is the best compared to other unis like monash and others. The thought that this guy could be my future lecturer was awful. He was also slightly rude to my mom which made me really furious too. Overall, I felt that the whole atmosphere was so uncomfortable and depressing. Moreover, I called many times but no one ever pick the phone up. Really disappointed. I felt that I just wasted my time travelling all the way to unmc. I will never come back again

Not sure about the university educational system, but the infrastructure looks fantastic. Got a chance to play a day night match with pink Ball at this university's cricket ground. The view was stunning, like a dharmasala stadium from India.

Everyone here are very friendly. Malaysian and immigrants work along so well. The wages is at the minimum state as emphasize by the Labor Act 1955. Working hour from 8am - 6pm (8 hours work + 1 hour rest).

I am visit this place and found that the campus located out skirt of the city. This green campus is so beautiful with the lake in front of the admin building. This is one of the greatest UK branch in Malaysia. The campus is smaller the UK campus. However, there are many gates in the campus. It looks like not welcome us to visit the campus. Compare to UK main campus is no gates and road blocking. It show that the campus is not really safe. All the building is locked with grill.
