Parking- need to get parking spot smartly to avoid causing inconvenience to nearby residence.
Food- PanMee and porridge is available for selection. food taste is delicious, portion given is large and served in claypot.
Price- friendly and affordable bill was checkout after the meal.
Reminder- for better dine in experience, try avoiding peak hour with crowded customers waiting for their food, while outsider waiting for their takeaway. (Each customer order is cook separately).

Yee mee with frog also nothing special. I order this because porridge sold out. But, the frog was good. Larger than any other place. 4 stars
Special drink kacang plus barley also not to my surprise. This twist not really compliment each other well. 2 stars

Overall the food is nice.
Although running business in front of the house but the environment is clean.
5 portion for 4 ppl only cost us Rm50.. Worth the money
