Viewed this unit and shocked that they rent out Studio Unit/ Rooms under shoplot building. No at-home feeling at all. Is okay if near to LRT/ MRT Stations but no... it was not close at all. Traffic was also bad because Ikea/MyTown Shopping Mall...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay and work in KL. I stayed for more than a week and having a private room with a desk and dependable WiFi was perfect for work. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and the upstairs common area, kitchen and laundry were really nice. As described, there is a lot of construction, so walking around the neighborhood is difficult, but taxis are very inexpensive. Grocery store and restaurants are right downstairs. A very good space for people working while traveling!

Their marketing team is doing really great work, their room is not really as nice as picture shown..
In the last six month that i was staying there, the management have stopped putting the efforts to manage the property, dryer and ac in public area breakdown couple months and still not manage to assign or call people to fix
