End up I paid more than it was, brought the issue up and the owner gave a call to clarify. After my trip, they set aside the balance for me to be collected.

They claim that bank do not take any old USD notes when the notes was given by them when I exchange with them before my trip. The old man was so rude. I never change my money at this place before and this is my 1st time. Please do not consider this place if you want to make any money change from any currency to MYR.
