★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you can get from the original boutique of most famous brands are available here. Of course, copy ori version. Prices are vary. Need to go around and ask the shops. Haggling for lowering price sometimes acceptable. About parking facilities, I found that everywhere you need to pay RM2. Make sure it comes with a receipt. Unless it's SCAM. Especially when you park away from the main area.

Town council should do their part to oversee things are proper and hygienic in this place.
Most item sold here are priced at a very competitive rate compared to same items outside. This is a plus factor.
It could be an attraction to local and international tourist.
Overall , just average. needs lots of improvement.
