★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completed and opened to public in November 2020, a very badly built and unmaintained park that looks like another typical white elephant projects under a benevolent name of "reforestation". Landscaping trees and grass are left to wither. Cement and concrete are sinking. Rubbish plays a large part of the scenery. Stench of the drainage to the water must be accepted to enjoy the park. Fishing and littering, although prohibited on the signboard, but are not enforced.
