Mr. Gavin and his colleague were very nice, Mr. Gavin explain the products patiently and always answer to our questions (we got quite a lot of questions) . Furthermore, he also pack the hood nicely inside the box and help us to move the box inside the car. Anyway, a nice experience for purchasing the hood product from this shop.
