โ โ โ โ โ Walk in to order, was told only can order through online. Order online 6.30, food arrive 8pm. Everything was COLD and BURNED. Paid RM55 for cold food I might as well walk into TESCO and buy myself frozen pizza. Will never order anything from here again.

โ โ โ โ โ This is coming from someone who's eaten at the SS15 outlet and had a great experience with this franchise.
Service was slow, with one of the kitchen staff playing with his phone in the corner when there were a few orders pending, and the cashier kept going in and out of the kitchen for whatever reason. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it's the 1st day of the fasting month.
Food is mediocre at its best. We ordered the Italian Way, but they apparently ran out of capsicums and we instead had the "Onion Way". One side of the few of the garlic bread was charred, and the iced tea was diabetically sweet.
In short, diner discretion is advised.
