★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience today with the senior advisor - Amri. First time servicing my car here so wasn't sure what to expect.
Called in a day before to get an appointment but they were full so they set me up for a walk in at 830. I was on time, took my number and was served shortly by the advisor mentioned earlier.
Everything breezed through. Did my 1k mileage check. Waited about an hour and a half total. Paid 15.90 for car wash, labour was waived due to my coupon.
Sad that the car wash doesn't come free with the check but they did quite a good job. Worth mentioning the cafeteria has nasi lemak and nescafe white coffee (quite sweet though).
All in all, would come back to service my car here. Waiting area is nice and WiFi works very well ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to service my Honda today (12/2/2022). My service advisor provided an excellent customer service by explaining all the details needed for my car. Also her attitude and personality is very good. Her counter is at no. 6, an Indian girl. Good job ?
Overall my car is in fine condition now after service.
