Staff some are friendly helpful some are not.
Parking-tried to use the smart parking booth. Turned out not so ok. System was down n standby lots of syillings. Super pricey too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now, if you are willing to write personally to the Customer Relations Dept for complaints, you'll be at a disadvantage, pitted to vipers and prepared to be severely ridiculed and be played out. I have been ridiculed , words have spread out and you'll be frowned upon by doctors and staffs on your complaints. It's not the right century to safely do so, just keep your peace and move your files to other hospitals. I have complained many times, but they hit me back hard with scorn and criticisms. This is not a professional establishment where even toilets and baths in the general wards are blocked for months and cleaning toilets are done by uninterested people. Oh, they repair but by case basis. Nowadays, maybe due to my many complaints, most ground toilets have been renovated. As i said the Director is a good man, but thats it. The 7th ward, be prepared to see a muslim coffin casing cover stored nicely on the end verandah within full view of patients beds, enough to give sleepless nights to patients placed in the area. Why? Because its easy access to patients at the end of life issues on the 8th floor. The common sense is lacking. More???. You'll have to be there to see the nasties. Be prepared to face grudges. If you still want to be attended to there, have your camera's & recordings on standby. Then proceed straight to the Director, a nice pious man who's unfortunate enough to have egoeistic unprofessional subordinates, staffs, doctors and nurses under him. Oh, there are good people but they are few in numbers. Be prepared to face the worse.

The service was slow, however, which was to be expected in nearly all government hospitals thanks to the sheer number of patients and visitors.
