★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makes things easier to pay bills as you are busy during weekdays. My experience with the staff there is great, easy and need not wait long. Come in, get queue number... Wait about 5-10 mins... My number called. Paid my bills and done!!
I am happy with the system, need not wait long. Staff are helpful. Asked if I can pay by internet banking. She explained that the bank I am with does not support online banking.
I don't want to mention any names here... But kudos to the staffs for making my bill payment a pleasant experience. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment for 3 person a month ago. When arrived on 12 May, they said the online appt not valid anymore.
JIM, we followed ur SOP and waited a month and ended none of us can renew passport after a month with no email or notification disregarding ur online appt schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not systematic. No communication. No proper queue. 2 long queues, no signs to say which queue is for what service. Both queue leads to 1 door, 1 counter, 1 person to serve. The queue was one round around the entire floor of that mall. There were at least 200-300 people waiting, old and young. Insufficient seats for the elderly. They had to queue with the rest of us for hours and hours. Even passport collections took the same amount of time. I arrived at 9.30am and left empty handed at 1.40pm. Tried to ask the officer Victor W but he just simply brush me off and tell me to join the queue. When I was approaching the end of the queue, I asked again and the same person finally told me to go to setia tropika to do my passport. He couldn't have told me when I asked earlier. Wasted all my time waiting there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived by 7:30am to queue, the officer was organized and systematic and tried to keep everyone calm. Got the queue number by 8:30, and before noon got the passport for my child. The wait is long because of the volume of passport they are processing, but officers are courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for online passport renewal and paid online. Came at 8:30am on a Friday to collect and queued for 3 hours on the ground floor just to take a number to enter the immigration office on the 2nd floor and then was asked to return to the immigration office at 2:45pm to continue queueing to go to the counter due to Friday prayers. Is this reasonable? Making a person waste 8 hours of their life just to collect a passport? The immigration department here requires some serious changes to the way they handle things. They could organize the ground floor queue better and add signage.
My advice to anyone who wants to come here, do apply online for passport renewals if possible, come really early to collect (they open at 7am and people start queueing at 6, I think).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on Saturday 8am. Get to renew both IC and passport within 2 hours. Very fast and efficient!! ? amazing and well done!
Tips:
1. Recommend to come in the morning 8am.
2. Pls print out your sto temujanji slip. For renew IC at JPN, they accept softcopy of appointment letter. But for passport renewer better prepare a hardcopy.
3. No matter your appointment is 8am or 3pm, i suggest you come in 8am to get the queue number earlier. If the queue too long and you come after lunch, most probably you won't get the queue number and have to come back the next day.
4. For those who wear contact lenses, pls bring your case and eyes solutions. As they will request you to take it off when taking photo. Even is normal transparent (non coloured) contact lenses. I dropped my lenses on floor and can't find it.
5. Very Important that You must have the latest version of IC ( with 2 gambar at the front) to renew passport. The old version ( 1 picture at front) will be rejected.
6. Renew IC cost RM10, pls prepare cash or debit card. Passport renew RM200. Credit card is not accepted here.
7. While I am waiting for my IC at Level 3. My husband is queuing at Level 2 penjabat imigrasen first. So i can get the queue number straight after i collected my IC.
8. There have a photocopy shop at level 2. Incase you need to print the temujanji slip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll have to book an application online for passport renewal. There'll still be a queue outside but it's relatively faster. After they take your passport away and take your photo, you have to wait for 10-15 minutes to pay for the fees, then another 1 hour + for passport collection. My appointment was at 8am and I got my passport back at about 11am. I heard that you can probably do it online and just come and collect it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible recent passport renewal experience. Despite having an online appointment we weren't able to get in due to over crowding. Must have been over 150 people in the queue, surely this wasn't following the SOP and putting people's health at risk. Poor communication, told us to come back after 245pm as they closed for lunch from 12-245pm. After being in the line for another hour they told people to leave as they could only let in 15 people! Not honouring the appointment times for so many people. It took four visits and more than half a day of waiting to get passport renewed. Shocking. Poor booking non functioning systems as you can't change or cancel the appointment since their upgrade. This unit should be replaced and process be streamlined to be more customer friendly. People shouldn't have to wait multiple times through different counters just to get a number, submit, pay and then collect.
