★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pejabat PTPTN cawangan UTC ALOR SETAR was very bad service, staff langsung tidak mesra pelanggan. can't deal with the staff. lack of information. kalau kena buat appointment tu please let us know earlier jangan bila dah sampai sana staff baru bising2 must have appointment. we want to get the services bukannya kita datang untuk dengar staff sana marah2. due to the pandemic covid 19 sometimes we are not knowing the "new" policy's of the company so please be more alert, jangan marah2 customer because your job is to give the " services " to us as your customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, i would like to say i'm really respect all the officer that working here. Fully respect 100% respect.
But. Today I meet one lady imigresen officer that are really rude. We are asking some question. But the officer respond in very rude way, and didn't explain widely.
I understand today got a lot of people coming to renew or do new passport. But please don express your unhappy feeling towards the other people. Please!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fifth daughter 12 years old already so I came here to apply I.C for her. It's F.O.C. My 2nd n 3rd daughter also renew their I.C and it cost them RM10 each.
All the processes went smoothly, Alhamdulillah.
Renewing IC takes only 30 minutes and apply a new IC takes an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The immigration department is located at the 2nd floor in the UTC. The immigration department was extremely crowded (as seen in photo). Some staff did not wear the mask properly (as seen in photo). The attitude of the staff should be improved, especially when talking to the elderly.
