★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All inside under the same roof. The first time we came here was accidentally during a visit to KB Mall after realizing it was signage UTC on the next door. The best part was we managed to settlement with 3 government agencies just in a half day. GREAT Time savings! The integrated idea with many Government Service Departments here inside KB Mall years ago was a brilliant idea and really great initiate. I do admit this UTC is more and beyond expectations in terms of their prompt service, the wise location, time consuming and feasibility. Some department such as Road and Transportation Department (JPJ), Immigration Department (Imigresen) and Inland Revenue Board Of Malaysia are really crucial and helpful. Service time and more convenient too. Other things available here such as Tabung Haji, Registration Department of Malaysia (JPN), PTPTN and other Kelangan State Government agencies. The good thing is amenities like prayer room is so comfortable and many eateries nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Line up for dental checkup but were told to wait about an hour for the cards from upstairs. Came back another hour then were told the cards were already given to another persons. Had to wait till some more hours for another cards. Wasted my time with poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14.11.2019 Visited the JPJ office here... I came in the morning & a bit annoyed finding that most UTC offices open at 1pm & not in the morning.. though I understand reason behind it; operating until late night. Although there was so many people visiting JPJ, the staff there worked really fast. Thumbs up.. ?
The UTC place itself is clean. Love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An integrated government counter services open daily at early morning and close late in the evening hence, it's called Urban Transformation Center.
A handful of main and 'crucial' government office counters such as:
1. JPJ - Road Transport Dept
2. JPN - National Registration Dept
3. JIM - Immigration Dept
4. LHDN - Internal Revenue
... and many more!
There's also food court and some amenities in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, i go for open Tabung Haji account for my grandfather (90 years old)..the staff and polis bantuan Tabung Haji very reasonable giving priority to olders even there are so many people Q there.
Very friendly to teach how to use Thijari to register..easy and fast.. recommended to go..
