This is a place where multiple agencies eg. Zakat, Immigration dept, JPN, insurance agents under one roof. At lower level, there is a lot of food stalls and cafe to serve u while waiting to settle all your hassles.

Being an old resident in kuantan I know the hazards in paying bills and road tax and also many other bills used to have had to travel to different localities , now we just drop in one place and settle all bills. Even having a chance to see the doctors and get medicines.
It is the BEST ever being created by the government!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars because the convenience of doing it all days in the week. JPJ has long queues all the time, so please plan accordingly. Also please note to follow the dress code. Many instances of people get turned away due to not dressing as per the code.
