★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guard here very unpolite. The security guard should be strict but not in the unpolite style. Everything was okay, but this small woman security guard should not be hired here to prevent the bad image of UTC Pasir Gudang. The way on how she look, talk, instruct and ask others extremely unpolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UTC Pasir Gudang is located in Komplek Pasir Gudang next to Menara Akabar which Majlis Penbandaran Pasir Gudang Office is situated.
Various governments agencies is situated for easy and convenience for the public to access to which located on the 1st floor.
Eg. Jabatan Pendataran Negara JPN-to make of of identification card, change, update details, Birth & Death Certificate endorsement.
Immigration Department for passport application.
Road Transport Dept - J P J.
Renewal of Driving licence,
Kementrian Kesihatan which Klinik Pergigian is located on the ground floor near the main lobby.
For shopping entusashiam the main tenant is HERO Supermarket which occupied the ground floor 1st floor , 2nd floor . DIY is on the 2nd floor, also on the 1st floor you can found various outlet selling shirt, cosmetics, spectacles, gold smith , teleco handphone shop, accessories for shirts.
The Food Court is on the 1st floor which served variety of delicious food. There Nasi Campur, Soup Kambing/Beef/Gear Box, Bakso, Mee Rebus, Tom Yam, Fried Food. Ais Kacang stalls for you to check it
out.
There are also a few eating outlet on the 2nd floor . Here you can find nasi campur food located outside near the parking lot, if you like open air area here you can have brunch of all the local food available . And if you prefer indoor with air con there is KFC, PIZZA HUTS. Watsons, Stationery outlet, Music shop for people looking for musical instrument.There even a Proton Dealer & small showroom. Aranu
agen for people with passion for gold. If you wish to renew you car insurance there are a few insurance agency on the ground floor eTiQa near the lobby and Takaful Agency facing the parking lot.
There are also a bus terminal station for people going out station to Kuala Lumpur - Terminal Bus Tasik Selatan or other states. Since this the pandemic situation in the country the public need to follow SOP procedures and quidelines before entering UTC Pasir Gudang.

Be there early...
Ample parking
Fast and efficient, took me a mere few minutes to renew my license
Helpful staffs too and very clear directions. Very organized due to Covid-19 therefore social distancing is upmost important.
Bravo service to JPJ UTC Pasir Gudang and UTC Pasir Gudang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At utc pg now. Cm to renew passport. Appointment online can't be used. The security ask to do apply online n processing will take 3 days. I'd ask but I'd already hv Appointment n security Rogaya said 'awak tak pandai baca ke'. Omg..vy rude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst services ever. Very poor customer services. Almost 3hrs waited in the queue just because of one customer care lady went for breakfast and she didn't assign no one to open the gate for us. After 1hour only she came back then she took some time to rest after that only they open the gate. Very very worst. Never expect this from utc. All standing for so long and customer service officers are so lazy. No proper response too. Wasting people's time and energy. Specially for passport renewal very very slow and worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kind reminder to anyone who come here to renew roadtax. Max no. of roadtax you can pay per queue number is 2. If you have more you need to take another queue number. UTC should do better by informing us about this. Don't just told us (rudely) to take another number and queue back again after the long queue and wait. Is a waste of time. Very disappointing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closing time is at 5pm but 4.30 we are not allowed to enter. Passport renewal shouldn’t be this troublesome. Do our children need to skip school everytime we have to settle stuff in gov offices?
