★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, super efficient especially jpn and immigration. Quite disappointed with the officer at jpj. He didn't really try to adjust the pic for my license. It's super duper buruk. Otherwise, there are many counters. Overall I satisfied with the existence of UTC here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Official website there write close at 7pm, but UTC JPJ staffs already stop working and playing phone at 4.30pm. Not able to renew road tax and need to come again next day. No people at numbering machine even at 4.29pm. The staff attitude are worst. Need to be well trained and improved. Treat themself like in a high position and they don't know who pay for their salary. Since the staff are so free to play phone why cannot serve one more customer while sitting there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone knows that the queue for border pass is very long recently. There are some counters with no customers at all why dont they shift some counters to focus on those requests with long queue first. Instead, they are sitting there and playing phone. Why can’t we do something to improve the efficiency?
