★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah Alumni UTM is a hall for private functions such as wedding and official functions. It also function as a gathering place for UTM alumnus from all over the world. This hall keep on heavily occupied almost every end of the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to hold function. It has a big hall, fully air-conditioned and plenty of parking spaces. During weekends normally it's fully booked for wedding ceremony. Many people including UTM's staff booked the place one year ahead of time in order to secure the place for a big gathering. It's very accessible thru a Pontian Highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily located and excessed. Spacious parking spaces for guests. The hall room is more suited for smaller crowds. About the toilets... I've never entered so not sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a good restaurant with varieties. The offices are neat. There is provision for wheelchair access. The toilets are not good. The multipurpose hall is not properly equipped and it's not tidy enough. There is need for renovation and maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedding celebration on heavy rainy day. Roof was leaking terribly. Host had to put buckets so that the falling water would not splash on the floor. Ceiling already damaged in fact. It's at the place where guests were received. It was awful ?.
