You better be making sure that people who ARE requesting your services, are making payments with their own cards, with their own names on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff here is helpful, except for the Penolong Dekan of Faculty of Azman Hashim International Business School - AHIBS.
This is the first time that I am liaising with her, however the first experience is a disaster.
To be honest, I will not reached to her if I can resolve it at the ground level itself, and I also do not want to disturb her busy schedule too, however I have no choice than to reach out to her.
I am facing a challenge when need to relocate to another area while doing my part-time studies in UTM SPACE which I consulted with various people in the organization until they advised me to seek her in the capacity of her position as Penolong Dekan for better advise.
However the reply from her seems not really convincing, and I would say it as a rude reply from a highly-educated and high-ranked staff in the faculty.
I believed all this while she has worked as an academician, and never experienced being in the industry, the reason why she do not show the caringness or concerns on the issues facing by the part-time studies.
Rather than that, she chose to blaming such an 'unwise' choice of the student itself.
