★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New management under the name of Clover Beauty Sdn Bhd. They claimed totally has nothing to do with the previous company VBeauty but all setup, equipments, phone number, customers’ database & etc remain the same and it’s in their hand. All my credits and hours from Amante/V beauty were burned (few thousand dollars!) unless I top up RM2500++ to the new company, Clover Beauty Sdn Bhd. I feel so much being cheated and it is no difference from robbery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been a long time customer here, maybe more than 10 years when they were known as amante beauty. Back then the service was good and many options.
Then over the years they changed management few times. the last time i was back, they said i will burn my previous package unless i sign up with them (please read others who also went through similar experience below).
Now with lockdown they are temporarily closed for dont know how long, and i'm trying to use my package which i paid - technically twice - the original one and the top-up one. agree with the rest this is daylight robbery. no explanation, no apology and now no refund. really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here many times already. I love the service here and also the treatment. Sadly recently, change to a new management therefore previous package balance will be burned unless sign new package with new management then they will reimburse back the previous amount. For those who still have a package, I think you can claim it back from another outlet. Do find it out.
