★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i shouldn't give a star at all.. firstly i called this agency.. to book a flight ticket to SJU.. Then the call attendant answer and ask me to call bck in a minute or walk in to the agency while she need to ask her boss to make a book.. when i made a 2nd call she said this is not VIP TRAVEL & TOUR (M) SND BHD.. (at least she should answer we don't accept any booking flight here) this make me pisssttt off.. i drove all the way from kangar..
