Never trust them and give them something for grinding and if you do, the owner does not pay attention to your instructions and instead, she does in her own way and expect you to accept it. If you refuse, she would claim that she can give you a new one and probably ask you to come a bit later but will give you the same thing in an opaque packaging. At the point of collection, she wont be there too probably go into hiding and you need to collect from the workers who probably not even know a thing. Very unreliable. My first visit itself was so terrible.
