Per entry for Walk-In (Non Membership) usage is only RM10 and you can use the gym for the entire day.
They also have lockers for rent which you only have to deposit RM5 and it will be returned to you when you returned the locker key at the reception.
Besides that, they got a shower room and they sell some energy drinks here too.
They also have male & female Personal Trainers available here (with some package fees) for those seeking guidance on working out and using the equipments.
Over all everything is great here. Its a must visit for all those looking to get in shape & pump those muscles.

The machines really good because is remove a shoulder pain and back pain if someone has an injuries like me. The environment is great. Really clean and structured. For who like doing cardio there is a lot of treadmill and bike
