The number that given cannot access!!!!
Asking for early check in one day before and didn't get any reply until 2.20pm get a reply that "its given in the template". Template already mention check in early needed charge RM100/hour but i can pay!!!!!!! No any reply before and reply on 2.20pm!!!!! Already late.
For self check in the instruction not clear!!!!! Person in charge said that mailbox at level 1 and i like a idiot find the mailbox at that level!!!!!
Luckily i meet a India security told me that mailbox at level 3!!!!
What's a stupid management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked their Dorsett Residence in Bukit Bintang via Agoda. Whatsapp reply wasn't very prompt we had to call them on the day of check in. Check in procedure was ok, quite straightforward but.....
Few things the management should take note for improvement:
1. The room itself was very bad condition. We booked a 2 room unit, the kitchen had stains on the mirror, dustbin under the sink was dirty, the utensils wasnt wash properly, the dining table wasnt wiped as well (we could see stains on their utensils and dining table).
2.The toilet connecting to the master bedroom had very bad drainage or wasnt clean properly, it had like urine smell when u open the toilet door. The water pressure in the master bedroom was so bad too. We ended using the bathroom outside.
3. The pillow case had stains too, not sure what stains it was.
