★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST VAPE SHOP EVER. Staff was very very rude, purposely turned off his off when I wanted to order (single tick for so long in whatsapp) even though I already called in advance to tell him I want to order because I cannot go inside the shop, he said 15-30minutes even though I am just outside the shop can just pass it to me outside and I can do online banking. Just go to Brain Freeze guys, it is next to Vapeboss, the staff are more understanding and polite and they immediately gave me my things outside the shop and I just do online banking. WORST. SERVICE. STAFF. EVER.
Response to owner: You can see in the screenshot below on 22nd September 2021 at 8:21PM the message that is deleted was due to frustration since I waited too long and I was outside the shop after speaking to one of your staff which I have already included in this post. Even though he already knew and told me to wait 15-30 minutes outside the shop (which I was willing to) but in the end only single tick for a long time, I got the hint he doesn't want to serve me so I just went to the shop (BrainFreeze) next to you.
