★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had great experience here. I love the fitting of the blouses I stitched here. So far all the blouses I have stitched were perfect in fit,followed all my instructions,very fast and prompt delivery. My only reliable place to stitch Indian stuffs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional.. Despite calling them a day earlier to confirm (Sudha confirmed it has been done waiting for collection) yet not finished and waited for 3hours.Not a single sorry for mistake done from their end.
Same issue happened twice within a month.
If the boss is seeing this.. have respect on people's time and have the courtesy to speck the truth when customer call to check on collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever use their service unless you don’t have any other options. Gave orders one week prior, tailor still stitching when I went for collection by appointment at 4pm; been waiting for 2 hour plus!! No work ethics at all! Not that I’m asking them to stitch for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were good few years ago but not now. They good at messing up ur saree blouse. And they also never give ur blouse in time bcos too many order. I gave them 2 weeks but till the last day still havent complete...i have to drive to brickfields few times to finally collect my blouse.
No more. Greedy want to take all the orders but cant complete in time then rush and mess up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their work is good. BUT terrible service. Doesn't answer the call, always not in the shop. To get a hold of them it takes a miracle! Really not professional. I was calling and waiting for them for literally 3 hrs to collect my wedding saree blouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worse experience with this tailor. So I turned up one week after the date I was supposed to collect my blouse. I called multiple times in the morning to the hp number stated online. Nobody responded. Finally they responded on whatsapp. When I called an office number they provided, they mentioned I can come in to take my blouse. There was nothing about having to set an appointment. When I came here, a lady who was super rude, told me I needed an appointment to take my blouse and I had to wait 2 hours to get it since the date has passed. Absolutely ridiculous when you charge so much for one blouse and you have these ridiculous rules that you did not even inform the customer earlier. So here I am waiting. Will never come to this place anymore and you shouldn’t either. I pay you, its not free so, to the bossy older indian lady with glasses, watch your behaviour with customers. It can be the end of your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to sew my wedding saree blouse. So unprofessional! Called a day earlier, lied and told its done and can collect next day. But went there, they haven't even start stitching! and ask to wait for it. Elder lady was so rude, did not even feel bad for the mistake on their part and try to put the blame on me and finding fault with me, asking why didn't call and stuff which was stupid CAUSE I DID CALL AND THEY LIED AND SAID IT'S READY.
AVOID THIS TAILOR. BAD SERVICE.
