★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been VBurg's regular customer since 2018 and their cafe and products have given a wonderful experience. However, recently, VBurg has been busy expanding and with its sales hence which I believe that it has cause them to have poorer quality breads and well trained staff. It seems like most of their new staffs are inexperienced and not well trained. Recently I went there and their staff did not provide me a buy 5 free 1 offer (breads) until a customer next to me reminded the cashier that I've brought 5 breads and I should be receiving 1 more for free. I hope they could improve in training their staffs (especially new ones) because I believed that motivated and well trained staff will severely impact on the brand image and sales of a business.

One thing I must highlight here is - Vburg is a vegetarian bakery cafe.
Another great option for vegetarian friends ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this bakery and cafe. So happy to see such a great selection of baked goods and even vegan friendly baked goods. Also enjoyed a delicious lunch in the cafe, the satay burger was very good. Was very busy and not a lot of space so I wouldn’t recommend for large groups or if you have children that need space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't know it is a vegetarian cafe till we saw the menu. Thought would be disappointed by their food since we are not vegetarian. Surprisingly, their food is delicious!!!! We ordered their burger & mushroom soup. YUMMY! They also have quite a lot of choices of beverages and pastry. Bought their cake and breads- all yummy as well. Definitely will be back again for more....
P/S: this is the 1st cafe that have baby changing station? so considering
