โ โ โ โ โ Have only been there like thrice over 2 years for body massage. Not that the place is not good. Just that I rarely go. If I ever wanted a body massage I would consider this place. Especially when they have promo like RM90 for 2 hours. Weekdays only.

โ โ โ โ โ WORST place to get your nails done. Although the manicurist from Philippines does not have the best skills, she was very nice - I do not have any complaints about her. However, I came for a manicure and lost one side of my shoes. As required, I took off my shoes and placed it with all the other shoes around the staircase area.
After paying for my manicure, I went down just to find that one side of my shoe had gone MISSING. So I went back up and told them. They knew immediately what was going on and started heading out to look for my shoe. About 3 mins later, they came back w my shoe that was completely chewed apart by a dog. They then conveniently told me that it wasnโt the first time this had happened, in fact it had already happened 4 times! One of the girls then started putting the blame on me and said that I shouldโve left my shoes in one of the boxes since ALL of the boxes were empty. But,
1. NONE of the boxes were empty
2. All the other shoes were placed along the staircase and I was not informed that there were dogs around that would possibly chew my shoes off.
Whatโs most disappointing is that they had NO intentions to solve the problem or compensate for my loss. All I got was the most insincere โไธๅฅฝๆๆโ. They said that theyโve previously informed their boss of this problem which was a shock to hear that no actions had been taken by the boss.
If you were going to make your customers take off their shoes, take care of it. Not taking ANY action after knowing that this had happened more than once is unacceptable and simply shows that Veniuvis does NOT care about their customers. If they knew that something like that might happen AGAIN, the least they could do was to inform their customers to keep their shoes in the boxes (that were fully occupied), or if I knew, I wouldโve kept my shoes in my handbag.
In conclusion, it was my worst manicure experience here in Veniuvis and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone. But if you ever do go there, make sure you go barefooted or be prepared to lose your shoes.

โ โ โ โ โ Scored a last minute appointment and arrived to find the salon nice and clean. Staff who attended to me was soft spoken and meticulous. The skin on my feet was in bad shape - cracking/ peeling because of dryness, so she took extra care when scrubbing. She also asked in advance if I wanted to use some special base coat and when I said no, she didn't press further which I appreciated. Pedicure was RM50. All in all, good value for money and time! :)
