No one will attend us when we need the service be done and even when the machine out of service.
Will take more than 1-2 week to just get someone for service the mechanic.
None of the manager or customer service representative will reply email, answer call and even reply Whatsapp when we need service.
The machine will out of service regularly.
The worst ever!
