★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again, I came back here with 2 stars review. Why? Cause there's no improvement. I've made appointment earlier before I go. But even with appointment, i have to wait more than an hour before my cats get the treatment. You guys accept walk in customer, so what's the point of having appointment if walk in customer can get faster service? I thought you will prioritize appointment customer over walk in customer. After treatment, only wait for the bills and payment without any meds needed pon have to wait almost 15 minutes. It's ridiculous. Please, hire more staff if you can't handle the amounts of customer you are having now. Really disappointed and I'm not gonna come back here again after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst veterinary clinic I've ever encounter with especially with the lady staff and the lady doctor... I'm a doctor as well but the communication is unexpected... As I read below reviews, there were complaints about your stuffs' communication skill but still, there is no improvement... You guys just apologise and said will improve it but none... They should improve theire communication skills and learnt how to respect customer... I am facing this communication problem with you guys since 2 years ago and yet still no improvement... I'm not paying you guys for this kind of communication... I have friends with the same experience there but none of them are complaining because they just need the service... Hope you guys can improve your communication skills in the future especially the ladies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very friendly and take a good care of my pets. The doctor is very nice and explain everything throughly using the right procedures. The cost for a usual treatment such as vaccines and medicines does not cost more than RM100 for two of my cats. Thank you Vet O Vet. ♥️ Will visit again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently this place need you to book an appointment but they were kind enough to let me bring my cat in due to some emergencies. The vet was very helpful, she was explaining a lot of things concerning my cat's situation in depth and I very much appreciate it. This clinic isn't even expensive, I got 3 meds prescription for RM41. The vet is clean and looks very sterile so I'd highly recommend going here. 11/10 would bring my cats here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best vet in Kelantan. They gave detailed information about your cat's needs and they answer every single questions that you asked. Next to that store is actually a cat spa and the people inside that place is super nice and attentive. Basically the best place to bring your cat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor response to chat/call when that's the only way to make an appointment for their customers or else they'll not accept our walk-ins. Supposedly they should be more responsive. Regardless your doctor's service (which led to my previous cat's multidrug-resistant till he had to be warded weeks at a much better vet facility) this kind of customer's service is totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was very sick and things your said was need appointment.. What the hell..don't call it clinic if you can't accept very sick cat.I came with hope he can be saved, he will be okay. But that hope was lost. I hope he can survive throughout the night for me to bring him to government clinic tomorrow.
