Sebelum datang - Buat panggilan dulu, fast response senang explain masalah
Semasa datang - Disambut dengan responsif, takda hanky panky. Terus check depan2 and detect masalah. Staff sangat berpengalaman, explain satu persatu dan ada maklumkan kalau perlu laptop kena tinggal. Dalam kes saya x perlu. Staf kata takda apa-apa masalah cuma perlu berhati-hati.
