β β β β β Needed some help with immigration document. Went without any document because I wasn't aware of letter requested by immigration with an intention to take "advice" and get documents. Victoria just started yelling right away after opening the door (literally took seconds for her to yell). Yes, you cannot give professional advice in this matter, doesn't mean you cant behave like a damn human being. Yes, you don't care about what document and you see person and like you described "Chop-chop" the document, but end of the day you are dealing with a human, not your dog, not a machine - a HUMAN.
You are a lawyer, have some decorum towards the profession. Your first job as a lawyer is to listen to the case first, which might have taken literally 15 seconds. Even if you can't, saying no politely or even neutrally doesn't cost you a cent. I can't rate you as a lawyer but clearly you need to just improve decency factor as a person.
I travelled 5km to see you and took you 5 seconds to shout and send me back. I went to another lawyer who made me sit, just took hardly 10 seconds to listen to me and politely rejected and said what needs to done. I took a letter to him and he said, ok this is fine but its on me, if it doesn't work (totally fine by me).
Most of my encounters/conversations in Malaysia are sweet, polite natured, understanding and professional. This one is one of the worst I've seen in many years.

β β β β β Rude and unprofessional. We wanted to get our documents attested by the commissioner of oaths and we came here. For a 5 minute job, Victoria was intrusive with her unnecessary questions and snide remarks. Would not recommend.
