From package briefing session (done individually) to registration to payment, all done within the matter of minutes. The facility was good, comfortable, customer friendly and very organized. The boatman provided was exceptionally good. Very young and energetic, and most importantly well versed on redang island peripherals and well trained too. Am I going to choose vigourmarine transtour sdn bhd again for my next island hoping in the near future? Yes, absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a 4D3N package (9-17 may '19) to the wonderful redang island VIGOURMARINE TRANSTOUR SDN BHD in Malaysia, who collaborated with the local counterpart TAARAS BEACH RESORT. It was really well-organized and the price was remarkably reasonable. The vigourmarine team particularly SAKINAH,MIMI & FARAS were very helpful, accommodating and prompt. Our family (7 of us) had the time of our lives! The ISLAND : exquisite, the history : inspiring, the culture : rich, the food : delectable, and the people : awesome - especially our boatman EN HAMKA a who were beyond magnificent! It practically felt more of a family road trip as opposed to a tour! Easily the BEST vacation ever! TQVM!!!

Our group participation were all golden ladies, so the concept of relax n santai we truly enjoyed the trip. We love all the meals served.

I joined this travel for redang island with my whole family, 5 persons. The travel did their job very helping and caring since I did know nothing about redang island history. They guided us all the journey long very good. Thumbs up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had quite the experience with this boat company. I came with my fiancée who just arrived from France and paid for a trip at 10.30AM to enter the Redang island. The start was already bad. With us, there was another family whose boat timing was at 9.30AM to enter the same island, same resort. We came early enough to join them at 9.30AM. The boatmen were getting ready to pick up all of our luggages and put it in the boat, yet they stopped and didn’t inform us at all the reason for it. This is all because we booked the boat later, they made both families wait until 10.30AM. It was so unnecessary.
Then the trip back was worse, we realised a day before our scheduled exit from the island, that weather prediction shows it would be thunderstorms. So we called them to ask for a day earlier to depart, they said no boat was available but a private boat will be. The irony of that! When questioned why would they offer such options for customers to select online at that time when the weather doesn’t show it’s safe to sail, then they became helpful and said a boat was free after all. When on the boat, we realised there’s another group coming with us as well. So it wasn’t like they came in just to pick us up. so embarrassing for me as a Malaysian that a simple boat company cannot execute their services well. I wouldn’t hope for excellence, they cannot perform for sure
