★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely new family-run joint. It's actually a motel, but it presents a homestay feel.
Very helpful and friendly staff in quiet neighborhood. There's a restaurant also in the building operating at early morning.
Room is clean and well kempt with air-conditioning. Bedsheets, comforters and towels are from IKEA ??
Closet and drinking water is provided. Coffee/tea and hot water are available at the lobby.
TV with android box.
Bathroom is also clean. I'm truly impressed with its shower water pressure. It's probably the best shower that any 5-star hotel can provide.
There's a nice coffee shop a stone throw away.
There's also a surau across the street.
A hawkers street is nearby--a walking distance.
