★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was a guest before for short term staying in one of unit. Premises was abit empty with less furniture however the environment was cozy and very hygienic. very accessible to township and public transport, dont mind to stay again in next round

Guards and management were so so.Public area always sparkling clean.
Easy acess to main highway and waking distance to MRT Taman Pertama. Very close to Velocity and Mytown.
Only few cons is got a school just in front, and they will make drums activity in the early morning to wake you up. I do agree the drainage in the apartment need to improve.
Vila Vista is my best apartment so far and I wish could come back in the future.

1. Prior 6pm change guard shift, the guard is idiot, as visitor, my car not allowed to go in because it is saturday/sunday & having too many items, so the guard will jaga my items when car parking outside? Or calling his friend to break in my car?
2. There is visitor car park bay at lobby, not allowed to be used.
3. Even with original access card, intermitent not all cards can be used to go in for cars, and guards not allowed cars go in as they also have no access to open automatic barrier.
4. There is no net on each floor for safety & protection base on new safety regulation.
5. The police ronda in normal tshirt in dozen of motorcycles at this place will always FORCE check up your car stuff and invasive your phone messages in the name of lokap people who have installed gambling app. I've yet to complaint to any party as i know it is pointless when they already treat public people as money mule, for my own safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the security of this condominium is very very strict if you are the residence at this condo is good. But the management and/or the management rule under this condominium, for me is make people under trouble. Everything need apply, even u purchase a chair also need to apply. the common area just a like normal doesn't attractive. inside of this condo, got one mini market, but just new opening.
