★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.I feel not worth it RM1400 per night.we stayed 3days and 2 nights there.Some more the owner doesn't want refund our deposit RM300 and giving a lot of excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a wonderful stay at the villa. it's truly a home environment where you are free to cook, bbq all utensils are there no need to worry abt bringing it from home. there are so many fun filled activities that you can do there, aside from the attractive swimming pool, you can play badminton, corum, ball etc. All is made available in the house. 4 rooms and 1 small room, can accomodate up to 5 families with little children. not a luxury hotel stay but definately is a comfortable and clean stay. i love the smell of the clean fresh linen/bedsheet there. its not too big but enough space for everyone. the house have quite a strict rules on check in and check out, cleanliness rule, saving energy rule, none of which we couldnt follow so its fairly okay. would be nice if they allow early check in or late check out. overall a pleasant stay, a bit pricey rm1400 per night for a 4 + 1 small room stay but recommended for family day staycation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner said we broke the ping pong table. Hahahah kelakar betul. The guest came for vacation will have intension to break it? Come on la the owner should have wise thinking skills and communication skills. Try to be polite in talking especially during fasting month. Do you have name list of guest stayed recently? How you saying the person giving review is not in guest list. Already mentioned one of the guest stayed recently what but still telling not relevant review. Silly reason right...This shows the owner is unprofessional and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't go this house. The water heater did not worked well, outside fan did not work. Swimming pool filter did not work. The owner was cheated us did not gv us the deposit and so rude to us. Before go pls don't bank in deposit early without see n check the house. Pls check the all the equipment the before pay deposit. She simply put the broken table tennis early. Before we leave the house they checked all n told us all ok will bank in the deposit. But aft we go she said this la that la. Even we cleaned up the house well before we leave. The talked so rude really a bad experience I had thr. Pls all be aware. This is a great lesson to us. Pls take the deposit b4 u leave the house. Don't trust any1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I I don't recommend this villa. Swimming pool don't have proper water filter. Some bathrooms don't have water heater. Some equipment also can not use. Rooms are too small. A lot of flies and insect.I had a bad experience at this villa. The owner also talk very rude and refuse to return back the deposit by giving a lot of reasons. Before we leave the house they checked all n told us all ok and will bank in the deposit. But aft we go she don't have the intension to gv back the deposit and giving a lot of reason. Please read the reviews before book this villa. I saw a lot of people also write review that the owner no refund the deposit and talk very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks old school. No proper water filteration system in swimming pool. We stay for 3 days but 1 day only we played happily because water very dirty because no proper circulation of water system. Owner ask us to clean up when left out the homestay. Water not enough pressure for upstairs toilet. Poor water heater and unit too. Not all bathroom with water heater. We stay 3days 2night around 2.7k but Not worth for money, I had been so many homestay but this worst ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had pleasant stay here and were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. The house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The living room was big enough for all of us to have card-gaming(cards were provided) session. The kids love the pool. The external bathroom provided for it. Recommended for family gathering.
