★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is clean and privacy is respected. No disturbance. Only issue problem which I can't digest. The lift is out of service most of the time in a month. People in charge for Maintenance will inform lift is in service will take many hours even the entire day. Finally guards will inform lift won't be in service today because it could be done tomorrow. I mean come on how difficult or different can it be from other lift in different condo and apartment. Why is the so many complications with lift always under out of service. To be frank the lift in PPR is much batter maintenance. I live many floors up. Just imagaim elderly people walking up the stairs to their home. Rent also high. But service totally out. Is a disgrace
