 A residential building, there are 2 rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is extremely poor at soundpoof, noises and shaking floor/ceiling/walls, all day long, even after 3 AM still no peace, kids and babies can’t sleep to the noon because some hammering/throwing stuff sounds will starting occured.
The sudden loud noises often scary, especially at night.
