★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was a pleasant stay, but no kedai runcit or restaurant nearby.. no interesting activities except sightseeing of the paddy field. if u need to release stress, u need to be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is suitable for family with constraint budget as the villa provided basic facilities but with clean and comfortable stay. Food can be catered at very reasonable rates.
Best is to go around for kampung stall for your food as they provided dead cheap and tasty food. I like most their nasi lemak bungkus and kueh.
Scenary in December was magnificent and beautiful with green/yellow paddy plants ready to be heavested.
Shopping is out of the question and you can past time to ronda ronda with rented becycle, go fishing at the paddy pond, capture the beautiful moment of sun rise or just experience what kampung easy life is all about.
Drive to the seaside, sabak bernam to see local dig sea shells.
For take away, especially Kuala lumpur folks, visit the wet market at sungai besar or sekincan as the sea foods are fresh and slightly cheaper.
For good taste of mentarang, ikan haruan, belut you can have these at Orang orang cafe which is abt 1.5 km from this villa.

P/s please be careful when you cycle as the the drivers seem to drive fast. Especially with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience stayed there. Owner n staff are nice. The view is excellent especially during the paddy harvest time which is in dec n june. Room is complete with kitchen, fridge, television etc. We enjoyed so much stayed there with the kampung experience.
