★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For future guests' info. This place is managed by Daun Retreats..Stayed at kasturi cabins..Nice place but what a pity..horrible management, wasted my money & time. I have been to many holiday homes around the world and u can say Im not a fussy guest, I even clean up before checking out. Came here just for 1 night, but went back feeling upset & disappointed. Malaysian holiday home owners pls step up your game and dont give silly excuses. This is a business. I never give reviews like this but I was very patient n waited 10days expecting an explanation or apology. Also pls dont delete honest reviews or comments on your instagram posts or worst..block your previous guest on IG!! Very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented Kasturi Cabin which located at the back of Villa Nur Raihan. Good place. It just that the place has a lot of mosquitoes. I brought my parents here and my mom complaint why no TV and place to hang her clothes in the bedroom. LOL. In the email, the management stated we need to check out before 11am (so I plan to check out at 10.55am) but the housekeeper came at 10am which makes us feel forced to leave the cabin and spoiled the mood to take pictures before we leave the place. Haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircond not function for master room & they dont inform me.Kitchen lack of facilities no mineral water at all.Price suddently change from rm 1000.00 (may)on friday to rm 1200.00 (oct) Not worth it staying here.only the pool i like.
