Cons: dirty bathroom, ants everywhere
P/s: Not recommended if there will be any event in the front yard during your stay.
There was one during ours so it was noisy since early in the morning and no privacy since people simply came in to take things they want to use and asked for wifi password even though we have not checked out. Definitely ruined the experience for my family.
