Lovely property, nestled in residential area, very calm surrounding, close by to airport. Friendly host, offers a good breakfast, total value for money.

Very quiet, clean and safty it is in a security controlled area. The owners very friendly and helpfully, he drove us to the next small Mall and to a Restaurant and also to the airport KLIA With a swimmingpool, and around 8-10 nice cats in the garden. Its perfect for one night only 15 or 20 minutes away from KLIA?????

The worst hospitality Ive ever got in my life. Owners mentioned the rules we have to follow after we paid and stayed in this house. The rules were not announced in booking com where we booked villa shamir. Its about drinks in villa territory. They mentioned no parties and guests but its not about drinks, its about not to bring extra people and not to make noise which we totally understand. But when we said we want to have beer in villa, Azhan said: my vife doesn't allow to have drinks in the property. Hello! Why to say it now?! Why not officially in property rules? This experience is equal to couchsurfing style but payment and quite lots was charged for attitude we've got. People who operate this villa live in there. They have 10 cats, some of them look sick and Azhan confirmed that some of them sick. Its become an obligation of the guests not to let cats to get into the house. BTW you not allowed to bring pets to this property. The house doesn't have lobby where people can wait after checking out time. Today they literally kicked out my husband from the house at 12.30, locked the house and went to yhe village as they said. We discussed that my husband have 11pm fly and need to wait for that at this property. Azhan, who's the house owner from his words, accepted this from first day. But on check out day he said its impossible and him and his wife just wanna go now and wanna lock and noone can stay. We were not ready to another solution and my husband went to airport to stay there for another 11 hours. We didn't break any property rules. Ehen Azhan said its not allowed to have beer we didn't bring it to villa. We paid to Azhan 170RM for touring us to port dickson (PD) , and 35RM to drop me and my daughter to airport in the morning . We found out that 35 rm is normal price for the distance we stay from airport and another hotel nearby gives same rate to their customers. Going to Port Dickson Azhan solved his private case buying and delivering stuff for his son who study in PD. Weve been happy to help and didn't mind to pay as much as he asked without bargaining. On back way we've been told we not allowed to drink in the house. Its not about drinking its about bossing people who paid for accommodation and follow the rules even announced such way. I officially complaint about attitude and clarity of the rules of villa shamir. I really want to beware people and to make owners to make changes in their clearity and attitude to their guests.
