Family saya dah stay rumah ni 2 kali.
Memang kawasan nak masuk tu scary.
Tapi the house itself gated and guarded.
Fully recommended kalau nak duduk lagi.
Maaf sekali lagi.
Setiap bilik ada aircond.
Even kawasan ruang keluarga pun ada aircond.
Cuma aircond di bilik utama tak sejuk sangat mungkin sebab bilik besar.
Washing machine dan tempat keringkan baju pun ada!
Wifi pun ada!
Kalau nak duduk ramai ramai pun okay. Dapur spacious sangat.
Nak masak dengan family pun okay.
Banyak lagilah okaynya.
Suka suka suka!
Kalau ada rezeki boleh bermalam lagi disini.

My family has stayed at this house twice.
The area to enter is scary.
But the house itself is gated and guarded.
Fully recommended if you want to sit again.
Sorry again.
Each room has aircond.
Even the living room area has aircond.
Only the aircond in the main room is not cold most likely because the room is large.
There is also a washing machine and a place to dry clothes!
Wifi is also available!
If you want to sit in a crowd, it's okay. The kitchen is very spacious.
Want to cook with the family is okay.
Lots more okay.
They love they!
If there is sustenance, you can spend another night here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memang terbaik, murah serta bersih dan teratur. Sebelum ni pernah menginap di Yusmah homestay di Pelangi Mall yg berhampiran dgn sg kelantan pun terbaik. Memang puashati ?????
It is the best, cheap and clean and organized. Before this, I had stayed at Yusmah homestay in Pelangi Mall which is close to Kelantan. Really satisfied ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy and comfortable homestay. Calm and quiet despite within the town centre. Easy reach to many point of interest in Kota Bharu. Narrow alley going into the property is the only slight drawback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable place for family staycation as the price is a lot more cheaper than hotels but with more spaces. Very clean house it has 3 bedroom, basic furniture, 2 bath with hot showers, good function airconditioning, kitchen, balcony. Just feel like home but very close to the heart of city. Well recommended.

Grab food and Food Panda is also easy because I can just search Villa Yusmah. As a digital nomad, it’s also quite a suitable location for short term stay
