Unfortunately this is a poor example of what Village grocers can be. The stench by the meat department is gross. Somehow management thinks its OK? There is zero cell or Internet connection so when trying to use epay of any type you just get frustrated. When I ask the workers why no cell or wifi they tell me directly that management doesn't care. The temperature scanner at the entrance never works for me so everyone wastes time trying to get the stupid thing to work, until finally the guard hand scans you. For a VG it's actually quite small and tight and my favourite items are often not in stock. Of course we all know what a pain it is even getting anywhere in Tamerine as its a maze. I could put with this if the place was a good value but of course we know its not as they charge significantly more for virtually everything because its supposed to be a 'high end' shop. Rubbish. The management should goto Village Grocers in KL to learn how to run a high end grocer.

Coming here my expectation was *Expensive Imported Stuff* Though to my surprise, some of the items especially veggies and wet items were quite competitive to the nearest available stores. Prices were great! However for the rest its either on par or more expensive. What i liked about it is definitely the imported item which could be a hassle to look for at other places. Theres also mini stores within it to have lunch and breakfast i suppose. Overall its great though hopefully the mobile signal can be improved as using celcom line is completely non-existant for now (23rd August 2018).

Another of their bigger outlet in this square. Glad to see there are more customers here now comparing to a year ago. As usual, the groceries here are fresh and separated by sections with big and bright signage. You will have hard time choosing as there are many choices.

Ok. Good and convenient. There is a cafe section can have daily dose of caffeine and good bakery as this area have many foreigners, so the variety of ???? pastry is a lots more than others village grocer branch. Like it ???

When it comes to buying groceries like vegetables and fruits, i like to purchase @ VG because of the freshness, unlike other markets nearby. VG also sells imported veggies and fruits from Aussie, SA, NZ, etc. Also, there are sections where we can buy organic stuff. VG also sells snacks and food which are seldom to be discovered in common markets. To conclude, i like VG because of its freshness and varieties. The price is slightly higher than common markets, but i think its worth the price. ??
