★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfy and cheap. The only thing that I'm looking forward for my next visit is a better WiFi. From my previous visit, the wifi connection is good at the lower floor, but very poor from the upper room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's affordable, very cheap for a room with 2 queen bed. Quite clean, but there is no housekeeping if you stay for 2 nights. They provide cups in the room, and water dispenser outside the room. They also provide 4 towels for each room. It's rainy season, so it's so cold. We didn't use the aircond, only the fan is enough. There is no room phone, but you can always talk to the receptionist should you need anything. You need to leave your shoes at the entrance of the guest house, which make the hallway quite clean. The room is not soundproof, so sometimes you can listen to people talking in the hallway. You can park in front or at the side of the house, no problem. Would definitely come again next time.

Neat, big room (16x10), nice n clean bathroom. Strong wifi signal, comfy n thick white bath towels.
Aircond, ceiling fan, hotshower all working good.
Overall feelings, cozy like 4star hotel stay which might easily cost double elsewhere. However, it'd be better if the followings be provided,, thicker blanket, toilet papers, tissue papers for the room. Also, shower head should not be left dangling. Its mounting which has gone missing certainly need replacement.
