★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made appointment with CK on 7pm, I reach the hair salon at about 6.30pm, I wait till 8.15pm only he start cutting my hair, finally 8.30pm finish cutting my hair and close shop. I wonder what's the purpose for me to make the appointment with the owner?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there due to the good reviews but The salon condition now is not as good.. Not worth the money.. Spent extra compare to the promotion as they said the color is not in the promo list.. Fine.. But the hair cutting stylist is not up to professional standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady hairstylist was good and friendly but their hair products was bad!! My hair turned very bad after the hair dye (without bleaching) and the colour still washing out severely even after the third time I wash my hair.
I have quite a lot of experience in hair dying, and I believe that it's not about the problem of how i should lasting the hair colour, it is about the dye material that you use on my hair. To be honest, this is the worst hair dying experience I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i reconfirmed at least twice with the staff that i will be washing and blowing my hair with price RM20, when im paying at counter, the staff say that i need to pay RM33(RM30 wash&blow + plastic cover RM3). First of all, no one notices me that i need to pay extra to get a plastic cover, secondly your staff was very unprofessional as my hair was really a disaster after blown and lastly your staff doesnt really clear with the price, please provide more training! Will never visit again. ? super bad experience
